	Dennis Shelle, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed his residency at the William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Shelle is married with four children, a son and three daughters. A Jack Russell Terrier completes the Shelle residence. Dr. Shelle enjoys fishing, golfing, singing and traveling in his spare time. In 2003, Dr. Shelle recorded a CD of his favorite songs. This CD is available for purchase in the office. All proceeds from CD sales are donated to Catholic Charities of Lenawee. Dr. Shelle is currently accepting newborn patients only.
	Lorette Fahie, M.D., received her undergraduate degree from University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. She earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia and completed her residency at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Fahie is happily married with one daughter, and several cats to complete her home. In her leisure time, Dr. Fahie enjoys music, reading, and recently has developed an interest in culinary arts and gardening. Dr. Fahie is currently accepting new patients.
	Allen Balinski, M.D., received his undergraduate degree and earned his medical degree from Wayne State University. Dr. Balinski finished his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in 1987. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Balinski is married with three children. Several pet fish reside in an aquarium in the Balinski home. In his spare time, Dr. Balinski enjoys bowling, computers, and woodworking. Dr. Balinski is currently accepting new patients.
	Laurie Barkway, D.O., earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and from Eastern Michigan University. She attended medical school at Michigan State University. Dr. Barkway completed her residency at the Flint Osteopathic Hospital. She specializes in Family Practice and Emergency Care. Dr. Barkway is married with two children, one son and one daughter. Two dogs round out the Barkway family. In her spare time, Dr. Barkway enjoys reading and swimming. Dr. Barkway is currently accepting new patients.
	Cara Daniel, M.D. earned her undergraduate degree and attended medical school at the University of Michigan. Dr. Daniel completed her residency in Rochester, New York and specializes in Pediatrics. Dr. Daniel is married with one child. In her spare time, Dr. Daniel enjoys biking, rollerblading, reading and traveling. Dr. Daniel is currently accepting new patients.
	Ryan Knape, P.A.-C, earned his undergraduate degree and finished his masters degree as a physician's assistant from Grand Valley State University. He is married, has two daughters, and one dog. Ryan enjoys hunting and fishing, dining, traveling and attending the movies when he is not in the office. Ryan Knape is currently accepting new patients.
	Michael Sweeney, P.A.-C earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and finished his masters degree as a physician's assistant at University of Detroit-Mercy. Michael is married, with two daughters. He enjoys fishing and maintaining his saltwater aquarium. Michael Sweeney is currently accepting new patients.
	Christine Lee, CPNP (Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) Christine Lee is accepting new patients.
	Amanda Vetere, P.A.-C earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She finished her masters degree as a physician's assistant. Amanda provides diabetic education and medically supervised weight loss services to our patients. Amanda is married and has three cats to complete her home. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys running, scrap-booking, cooking and baking, as well as spending time with family and friends. Amanda Vetere is not accepting new patients.
	Cleon Grooms, Physical Therapist, earned her degree in physical therapy from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She specializes in manual therapy, one-on-one treatment sessions, as well as functional and practical home exercise programs. She is married with four daughters. Cleon enjoys any family oriented activity, as well as singing, rollerblading and performing at the Croswell Opera House. Cleon Grooms is currently accepting patients of all ages.
